Welcome to the Century Air Solutions website. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services. By using our website or scheduling services with Century Air Solutions, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
- Service Eligibility
To schedule or request services, you must be at least 18 years of age, provide accurate contact and property information, and be the legal property owner or an authorized tenant with permission to approve services.
- Scheduling and Service Calls
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmed via phone, email, or text message. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a service fee. While we make every effort to arrive on time, Century Air Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are based on the information available at the time they are provided and may change following an in-person inspection. Pricing for diagnostic visits, repairs, installations, and additional services will be discussed and approved prior to beginning work.
- Payments and Financing
Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been approved in advance. We accept major credit and debit cards, cash, and approved third-party financing options. Financing is subject to credit approval by the financing provider. Century Air Solutions is not responsible for financing decisions or terms established by third-party lenders.
- Warranties
Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product. Warranty claims must be made within the applicable warranty period and may require inspection, proper maintenance records, and proof of service history.
- Cancellations and Refunds
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Refunds on service charges or deposits are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Installation deposits become non-refundable once equipment has been ordered.
- Customer Responsibilities
By scheduling service, you agree to provide safe and unobstructed access to the property and HVAC equipment, disclose any known issues or previous service history, and secure pets, valuables, and personal belongings during the service visit.
- Limitation of Liability
Century Air Solutions is not liable for damages resulting from neglect, misuse, improper maintenance, or pre-existing conditions. We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by weather, third-party vendors, material shortages, or supply chain disruptions. We are not liable for personal injury or property damage unless caused by proven negligence on our part.
- Website Use
All content on this website is the property of Century Air Solutions and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
- Changes to Terms
