Welcome to the Century Air Solutions website. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services. By using our site or booking services, you agree to these Terms.

To schedule or request services from Century Air Solutions, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
   
• Provide accurate contact and property information
   
• Be the property owner or authorized tenant
   

• Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmed via phone, email, or text.
   
• Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in a service fee.
   
• We strive to be on time but are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or emergencies.
   

• All estimates are provided based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change after in-person inspection.
   
• Prices for diagnostic visits, repairs, and installations will be discussed prior to service.
  
   

• Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made.
   
• We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and approved financing options through third-party providers (e.g., Synchrony, Denefits).
   
• Financing is subject to credit approval. We are not responsible for decisions made by financing partners.
   

• Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product.
   
• Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period and may require inspection and proof of service history.
   

• Service appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
   
• Refunds on service fees or deposits are handled on a case-by-case basis. Installation deposits are non-refundable after equipment has been ordered.
   

By scheduling service, you agree to:

• Provide safe access to the property and HVAC equipment
   
• Disclose any known issues or previous service history
   
• Ensure pets and valuables are secure during visits
   

Century Air Solutions is not liable for:

• Damages caused by neglect, misuse, or lack of maintenance
   
• Delays or service interruptions due to weather, third-party vendors, or supply chain issues
   
• Personal or property damage unless caused by proven negligence
